book a consult
Let’s start with a conversation
Twenty minutes on the phone, no cost, and nothing to sign at the end. You don’t need to know the first thing about music therapy before we talk — most people who call us don’t. Just tell us what’s going on, and we’ll work out together whether we’re the right people to help.
what music therapy is
What we’ll discuss
We want to hear about the person you’re calling for. How old they are, what an ordinary day looks like, what’s been hard lately. There’s no right way to explain it, and you don’t need to prepare anything. Ramble if you want to — we’re good listeners, it’s most of the job.
We’ll be honest with you about whether we can help. Music therapy isn’t right for everyone, and we’d far rather tell you that on a twenty-minute call than three sessions in. If someone else is a better fit, we’ll say so and point you their way.
If music therapy is the right therapy, we’ll sort out a first assessment. We will have our first assessment at our studio and after that, a written plan, so you can see exactly what we’re working toward rather than taking our word
We’re a private-pay practice, so sessions are paid directly rather than billed to insurance. We’d rather you hear that from us now than find out later. Here’s what sessions cost.
